RENTALS CONDITIONS

Rented accommodation is let for a minimum period of 6 nights ( red zone). The rental period starts from the day of arrival at 2pm until the day of departure up to 10am.

The booking options are valid for a maximum of 10 days. If the booking has not been confirmed within this period, the option will be cancelled.

Any booking not confirmed by a written letter, fax or email from the hotel is not valid.

Your copy of the confirmation can be required in case of litigation. Please keep it safe.

Any lost or not returned key will be charged 15 € for a ski locker key and 25 € for a room key.

Breakfast not taken without a prior notice given at least the day before will be charged.

Only continental breakfast is served in the room ( without extra charge), the buffet breakfast is available only in the breakfast room from 7.30am till 10am.

PRICES :

An extra charge is required for one person taking up a double room.
Children get a discount only when they take an extra bed in the adults room

CANCELLATION OR INTERRUPTED STAY:

In case of late arrival or early departure without serious reason, the totality of the stay will have to be paid. No reduction or reimbursement will be processed.

Hotels of Val d’Isere strictly adhere to the prevailing regulations laid down by the International Hotel Association with regards to room reservations.

For all bookings, a non refundable deposit is requested to ensure against cancellations. Deposits remitted for booking confirmation will be retained by the hotel ( parag. 1590 Code of Civ Law) for any cancellation or interrupted stay.
